FAQ

How much time will this course require each week?

You’ll need approximately 2-3 hours per week: 2 hours for the live session & 30min for your daily practice, journaling & weekly reflection videos

No experience necessary! This course is designed for all levels, especially beginners.

The course content is accessible at any time, however the weekly live calls are held every Wednesday Night AEST from 7:30pm – 9:00pm

The only thing that will stop this course from having an impact on you is your own level of commitment to it.

We’ll assess if you’re a right fit for this course – 

  • If you’re not we’ll let you know via email or text 
  • If you are, we’ll jump on a 15min google meet to set up your enrollment, account & give you access to the content.
