How much time will this course require each week?
You’ll need approximately 2-3 hours per week: 1 hour for the live session, 1 hour for video modules, and 30 minutes for your daily practice.
Do I need prior experience with breathwork?
No experience necessary! This course is designed for all levels, especially beginners.
Is this course suitable for my busy schedule?
The course content is accessible at any time, however the weekly live calls are held every Wednesday Night AEST from 7:30pm – 8:30pm.
How do I know this course will work for me?
The only thing that will stop this course from having an impact on you is your own level of commitment to it.
What happens after I’ve filled out an application form ?
We’ll assess if you’re a right fit for this course –
