Week 1: Introduction to breath
You’ll be introduced to the breath and become aware of your patterns of breathing.

Week 2: Conscious breathing
We’ll begin creating coherence within all systems of the body through the power of breath regulation.

Week 3: Using breath to transform energy
With your gained awareness and cultivated energy, you’re ready to transform from a state of calm to energised.

Week 4: Connecting it all together
By week 4, we take our newly built habits of awareness, self-regulation and purification and combine the three practices into a Breath Sesh.

After this week, you’re ready to integrate the technique into your daily life, reaping all the benefits the breath can offer.
